WELCOME

 HES families,

It is hard to believe that we are just one month away from the start of school!  We hope that you are making the most of your summer vacation.

As you make the necessary preparations for a successful school year, we would like to share an article with you (link below).  This article provides helpful tips for families to save some money while doing back-to-school shopping.

For your convenience, HES School Supply List is included in attachment .

In addition, if you choose to do your shopping at Amazon.com,  you can raise money to support our school at the same time.  Go to smile.amazon.com and select "Haverstraw Elementary School."  Amazon will donate .5% of all eligible AmazonSmile purchases back to our PTA.

We look forward to seeing our new fourth graders at the Open House on September 2nd 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM and all returning students on September 8th!

Sincerely,
Mr. Herrero and Ms. Luongo
